Alongside leaders of industry, the management designed dedicated hosted learning management systems to facilitate learning, familiarise students to new assessment methods, record to track student academic progression & report learning of independent online learners. The purpose, of verifying and authenticating prior learning from some segments in S.E. Asia for the PLAR seemed latent since 2014. It has been a challenge, the program delivered in Ontario to Ontarians and the quality of the program delivered via asynchronous or remote modes for the world, be congruent in student experience & in student university acceptances. This is an onus, accomplished when the expectation of the standards set by the Ministry of Education Ontario, for its students to achieve the Ontario Secondary School Diploma are upheld in integrity without compromise and in compliance to guidelines.

As a consequence, students have the assurance & the opportunity to attain excellence beyond the threshold level that are reasonably similar or compared with those acquired in Ontario,Canada.

The founder of CCIS promotes the United Nations (UN) 2030 agenda of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and currently heads a University that offers accredited/registered undergraduate, postgraduate to PhD programs.

The management team has 40 years of education industry experience in British, Australian, American, SE Asian public programs, its management and delivery to accredited standards of the respective quality assurance agencies.

The management team worked at leading academic corporations, executive education divisions for tertiary learning, delivered distributed learning for corporate endorsed credit and CPD programs, discharged duties presiding on examination boards & has 12 years of experience facilitating the Ontario curriculum via online inspected school operations.
